is what I saw today when I went to Jewel Osco. If you haven’t gotten
your Covid vaccine shot yet for heaven’s sake go get one. Let’s get this
country back to normal again. This store is on the corner of Schaumburg
rd and Barrington rd in Schaumburg Illinois
When was the last time someone yelled at you?
Well it’s only happened to me 2 times in the last 36 years. Once was in 2009 when I was at the Grand Victoria casino. The shift manager started yelling at me when I set the dice at the craps table. We got into it. Not to long after that the dealers told me they fired him. I don’t take credit for him being fired but he was crazy. He was on everybody’s ass for setting the dice. When he was yelling at me he told me that he made this sign just for me that he had set up at the craps tables.
The only other time someone yelled at me was yesterday. I stopped off at the Jewel food store to get some turkey at the deli. Well I walked up and took a number. The deli guy was helping one other guy. So I waited. There was nobody else at the deli counter. When the deli guy got through with the last person he called out #4. He was right in front of me and I said, “I have number 12.” Well all of a sudden this old women standing way back from the deli counter started yelling at me and then this old man starts in on me too. “Oh I’m sorry I didn’t see you,” I told them. But this old bitch kept yelling at me. I repeated myself and told the old women, “I didn’t see you.” But she kept on and on yelling at me. The old guy yelled a little more. I didn’t try and cut in line it’s just that they were standing about 15 feet back from the deli counter and I didn’t notice them. This old women would not shut up. All of a sudden I had this flash back of my x-wife yelling at me when I was married 37 years ago. I looked at those insane people and told them, “You guys are all crazy,” and grabbed my cart and got the hell out of there. I never did get my turkey until today. This time I went to another Jewel food store and got my turkey.
