Yesterday on June 25th 2022 I had to fill up my tank with gas. I had to buy 8.329 gallons which cost $5.739 per gallon. That came out to $47.80.
On April 6th 2020 when Donald Trump was president back then, I would only have had to pay $1.959 per gallon for the same 8.329 gallons of gas. That would have come out to $16.31 for the same amount of gas.
That is a $31.49 difference I could have used to buy food, medicine or whatever.
